Village in the Park
AVERAGE RATING

I currently live in a 1 bedroom at VIP, with 750 sq. feet of space. It's a nice place, but there are definite downfalls. One being, paperthin walls. My neighbors complained about my alarm clock, and I'm no longer allowed to use it. Secondly, there are no balconies or patios, only common picnic areas. Next, parking can be a pain. But overall, the place is clean, well kept by maintenance and grounds staff, and they always do a great job with landscaping in the summer.

Your alarm must be VERY loud. I don't hear anything until I get out in the halls. I think the staff is great, the place is clean, and very well maintained. I think the only real downfall is the fact that there are no balconies.

It is - deep sleeper - guilty as charged. But you're right, living at VIP has been an absolute pleasure. My lease ends in the next few months, and all of the other places in the area I've looked at so far don't even compare.
