They are ok but not worth the money!

I moved into one of the deluxe units with a roommate so we knew right off the bat we were paying extra but it turned out to be not really worth it. First of all there were two of us on the lease but we only got one parking spot, on the weekends we sometime had to park all the way across the complex to find an open spot. My roommate got frustrated and decided to pay the extra for a garage and not only was that far away but they were so small she had trouble getting her car in and out. The wall are super thin, we could her the fat chick and her boyfriend doing it above us all the time! In the winter they never plow or shovel, the snow is already totally compacted down before they make it out there and by then its too late. And don't let those apartments being in Greendale fool you, cars get broken into there quite a bit! There were kids that lived in the building next to us and they would pay with bbguns outside in the parking lot with all our cars, I got tons of door dings living there, lots of kids are unattended there. It makes me laugh that they were picking about younger adults moving in when they sure didn't care about unsupervised ghetto kids. Its also really creepy that seperating the building in the complex is a cemetary! The rooms are big and closets are too but it makes the apt really expensive to keep warm and with all the updates our bathroom was old. Overall I would say you could find better apartments for cheaper, for a fifty dollar upgrade my roommate lives in a huge condo style apt. Best part of living there was Dave the repair man, he lived next to us and he was awesome, we had lots of fun hanging out with him!

I live here and have no idea what this person is talking about. I hear no one at all, and I think the rent is pretty reasonable for the sq footage and a washer/dryer in the unit. When it snows, I think they plow/snowblow too much. I hate the sound of a snowblower:). They are out there every hour or so during a storm. What else do you want them to do? The grounds are very well kept and so are the buildings. Parking can be an issue, but what apartment complex doesn't have an issue?

it definately sounds like someone in the office trying to make v.i.p. sound amazing, but it is not. i live here and i've had two cars since i've lived here, less than a year, and both got nicks in their front windshields while in the parking lot. i never saw the kids with the b.b. guns, but now it makes sense. i only have seen many many times, kids unsupervised running around in the parking lot. if they aren't going to use the grassy area i nbetween all of the buildings to play, maybe that should be turned into additional parking so that there is not the obvious parking problem. oh and i've never had an issue with parking in any of the other complexes i've lived in. assigned parking is a must, handing out parking spaces willy nilly to anyone who's dumb and willing enough to write you a check for an extra ten dollars a month, or allowing people to park for free and do nothing about it, is a definate no no when there's not even enough parking in the first place. start assigning parking and have more than five visitor parking spots and there will be no problem. oh and the walls are very thin. i swear i get the noise from everyone's shower in the building because the apartment next to me can't be taking a shower every hour. it's frustrating living here and yes i do think we pay to much for what we get.

Uhh, the apartment I live in now doesn't have any parking issues.....I have two spots one for me and one for my husband and they are numbered, assigned to us so we always have them! They are out there every hour during a storm???? When I lived there I could be gone at work all day, get home at 5 and my spot still wouldn't be plowed......and PS they don't snow blow the parking lot, they plow it so your comment is really irrelevant! This lame response sounds like someone in the office trying to counteract my experiences. Yes the walls are very thin, i could hear the kids above me laughing, running, people going to the bathroom.....everyday noises, not people trying to be loud and thats annoying!
