New resident - My wife and I have been here a month now. So far we are very impressed as we have been from the first time we looked at the apartments. Decent I currently live in a 1 bedroom at VIP, with 750 sq. feet of space. It's a nice place, but there are definite downfalls. One being, paperthin walls. My neighbors complained about my alarm clock, and I'm no longer allowed to use it. Secondly, there are no balconies

Spooky - Graveyard I recently went to check out the apartments for a 12 month lease, and here is what i found out.
The Apt size and quality is too good and Price is perfect for the stuff and was surprised it was so low for a similar size in that area.
Reason is that there is graveyard that sits

Not bad Our experience wasn't too bad.... definitly wasn't the best. Floorplans are small, not many choices. No ameneties. Not the best place for younger couples or people with kids, but if you are looking for a really quiet, simple cheap place to live then it's great.

confused In the past this property was not to attractive to live at and many people gave bad reviews.. I find it wierd that no one is commenting on the new owners and managment team that has recently taken over here.
