I have lived at american colony for only one year and I would say do not rent from this complex. The management is horrible they are not accommodating to any request whatsoever. Maintenance can just enter your apartment whenever they want even though they say they are supposed to give you notice. The walls are thinner than any i've ever seen. I can hear my neighbors answering machine go off every time. With the walls so thin you will get complaints. Make sure not to watch t.v. after 10pm or they will threaten to evict you.
