I do have to agree that maintenance isn't always done right the first time but the job usually gets done in a timely manner and the staff is extremely friendly. I also agree with the countertops staining too easily but overall the apartments are pretty nice...basically they are what you make them. I have lived here for 4 years and have no major complaint, my only worry now is the refunding of my security deposit based on what other's have said.
