Overall it was a great place to live - Heather is EXTREMELY nice, any problems were fixed immediately. The grounds are kept up very well - though the early morning lawncare gets annoying if you have a night job. The neighbors were the best - we often grilled out together.

I moved due to a roommate situation gone wrong, which they were very responsive too. I actually really miss living there. Though not included, electric was decently priced, the apartment was well insulated.

One issue was a big chunk of the security deposit missing after move out - expect big sums for little things, spotting on the carpet, etc. normal wear and tear is not taken into consideration - but the good news is they often have deals on lower security deposits anyhow.
