I lived here June 2004-June 2005. I had a problem getting deposit back as they charged me $105 for a counter crack that I had clearly noted on move-in sheet. And they kept losing those move-in sheets; I provided in all 3 copies of those move-in sheets and Heather and Anne kept losing them. I only got a refund check due to state of Wis. help! So start a file the day you move in and keep all papers and receipts. ALSO heating bill (electric) was 2x what it was in prior apt. NO INSULATION on patio doors/windows. So check to see if they have ever put in that insulation. ALSO just because you note something on check-in doesn't mean they will fix it; you have to go to ofc and make them put a request on the computer system, OK' Watch out for Anne the witch. She suspected me of stealing a key to storage area tho I had put it in door slot -- big mistake. You have to turn in something in person to make sure it doesn't disappear. Something weird going on behind scenes.
We had ample parking. Garages also available. Beautiful grounds, bbq-ing permitted. Near freeway but muffled. Kids more in eastern side of complex. Mouse got into apt poss thru open patio door.
