I moved into American Colony in April and it has been wonderful! When they told me that the previous tenant had dogs, I told them I was allergic and they replaced all the carpet in the apartment. It was so nice of them and they didn't have too. They also allowed us to paint. If I have a problem, the maintance man fixes it the same or next day! Amazing compared to the old place I lived. The olny problem I have right now is that I can hear my neighbors washer but it's only once a week. And I can smell the cig smoke from upstairs sometimes, but I just spray some air spray and it's okay.
