I lived there for 5 years. Never had any real issues with my unit. Neighbors were quiet, no issues w/ bugs. Roomy closets which is good since the storage area is tiny. My only real complaint is I lived in an upper and there was a roof leak. Had water dripping into the middle of my living room. It took forever for them to fix the ceiling after they tore down part of the drywall. When I finally called to remind them (again) that it was still not repaired the maintenance person(s) did a crappy patch job. I do think they changed managers/owners while I was there. The people I delt with initially were very nice and polite. By the time I moved they were much less curtious. But on the plus side, the pircing was good and the heat was included. I do recommend and would re-rent there if I had to. I'd probably still be there if I hadn't purchased a home.
