Lots of bugs (and a few mice and bats). Windows and screens are in very poor condition. Heat clanks at all hours during the winter and seem to either be on or off. My building has had a constant stream of noisy neighbors upstairs. We were told "the floors are concrete, you'll never hear your neighbors!" What a lie. Items also stolen from our patio. Just seem to be a lot of residents here who don't give a crap about anyone but themselves, no neighborly feeling. My building also has no storage and I found out others do so I feel gipped. Also have called the cops many times on yelling and fighting out in the parking lot.

Is this the same guy writing these reviews? I haven't had a problem with bugs or mice. The other tenants do suck. They are rude and -------s. Don't think they'll hold the door for you when you're hands are full, even though they see you walk in every single day. The maintenance crew is slow to respond if they ever do. Parking is a problem, no one can seem to handle parking in their lot. People have their cars broken into aswell.
