Greenbrook looks nice, has nice lawns and is in a decent neighborhood. HOWEVER, the bugs, bats, mice, and loud neighbors far outweigh the nice surroundings. Office is slow to reply to concerns unless you make a face-to-face visit. Cars in parking lots have had windows broken, things stolen. Patio items get stolen. Younger inconsiderate people in buildings near ours fight and yell outside, leading to the police being called. I do NOT recommend this complex for anyone. Sure, heat is included. But why bother include it if it makes tons of noise and keeps you up at night'! Rent goes up every year, guarneteed. Floors may be concrete (per office) but you can hear your neighbors quite well unfortunately. GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!

I currently live in the apartments and I haven't seen a single bug, rodent, creature in my home that I haven't put in myself. I do agree about the parking safety. My roommate had his car broken into and items stolen. The tenants are terribly rude. Especially the older residents. The ones I've dealt with are all snobs and feel they are better then everyone, but the funny thing is they are living in the same place as me. Maintenance is slow to respond if they even call you back.
