The first year was pretty good, I enjoyed decorating, heat was included, I had a nice view...then things turned for the worse. We had a mice infestation, and we were pretty much told, what do you expect when you life in a wooded area...had maintenance CONSTANTLY "need" to enter our apartment to fix things we didn't request as well as "routine safety inspections". I pay to live here, don't just think you can stop in (up to three times a month) whenever you feel. Parking is a nightmare, and when I approached the property manager I was told deal with it, park where you can. Neighbors are rude and loud, throw your laundry on the GROUND, get in fights, my car window was smashed and my radio stolen not to mention when neighbors come home drunk and dump their fast food on your car! This place looks beautiful, but beware...the people who live here and management make is unbearable!

The people that live in Greenbrook do suck. Bad. They are rude, and terribly lazy. They leave their trash bags in the hallways to stink for days. My roommates car was broken into. I haven't had bug problems, or rodent problems. The maintenance crew sucks big time though. They are extremely lazy and never answer the phone or return calls.

Oh, wait...the best is that people started stealing my packages, I had to file a report with the post office and the police. Over $400 in packages, gone. Not to mention that rude people who think the hallways are the best place for their children to play, cry or kick at your door.
