MY BOYFRIEND AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT 1/2 A YAR & IT IS HORRIBLE! THE BAR NEXT DOOR IS VERY VERY OBNOXIOUS & LOUD WITH LIVE BANDS AND HARLEYS REVVED AT 3 IN THE A.M WHEN PEOPLE TRY & GET A PEACEFUL NIGHT OF REST! THIS PLACE SUCKS MAJOR! MANAGEMENT NEVER FIXES ANYTHING RIGHT & WE GOT THE BAIT & SWITCH DONE ON US. WE WERE SHOWN ONE APARTMENT WE LOVED AND GIVEN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE AFTER WE SIGNED THE LEASE. THE MANAGER JACKIE IS A TOTAL LIAR. I HIGH DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IS QUALITY & UPKEEP IS IMPORTANT TO YOU. OUT APT WASN'T PAINTED NOR CARPETING REPLACED WITHER BECAUSE "THE GUY BEFORE US LIVING HERE WAS ONLY HERE FOR 3 MONTHS" ACCORDING TO MANAGEMENT. ITS AN ALL AROUND DUMP AND NO WHERE PLEASANT TO LIVE. ALSO MANAGEMENT IS NEVER EVER ABLE TO BE CONTACTED BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. ITS JUST A HUGE ALL AROUND HASSLE TO LIVE HERE. TRUST ME. IM SO LOOKING FORWARD TO MOVING OUT OF THIS DUMP! IN THE WINTER, THE PLOW GUY DOES A SUCKY JOB & PLOWS EVERYONE'S CAR IN THE LOT AS WELL.

I lived in the apartment below this tenant whose name is Danielle. Everyone in our building here knew her because she would argue regularly, loudly, throwing things at her boyfriend all the time and we complained many times and had to call police. She was more of a nuisance than the bar next door. She is no longer living here. Her ex boyfriend is. Jackie was actually a good manager who is no longer the manager here. Take what Danielle said with a grain of salt. We moved because we bought a house otherwise we'd still be living there.

It is funny how the problem tenants are the ones who post these kinds of comments.
