This was our favorite place, however it was not PERFECT. We had trouble with noisy neighbors (office was slow respond). A toilet was not repaired immediately because we had a second one to use (we had guests in town, so to us if felt urgent enough). Kitchen was very tiny...no real drawer space for utensils. Garage was great, but it was tougher to find additional parking if guests came to visit. No opinion on the pool because we didn't use it. Rent was going up dramatically in 1999 so we decided to buy a house instead. Had one little issue with a cleaning deposit, but it was solved and we got our money back. They also lost our rent check once...again, it took some time but we got it solved.
