I've been living at the Ravinia for about 6 months now and I LOVE it. I have the 2 Bed / 2 Bath w/ Den and Fireplace. My favorite things about this apartment are the attached garage and wood burning fireplace. Plus is located right next to 894 which makes for shorter travel times.

The staff (Crystal and Brandi) are extremely friendly and are more then willing to help you with anything you need. The maintenance staff is also very good. I've had a few calls into them (Bee problem outside my apartment and faulty smoke detectors) and they fixed those problems within 24 hours. What else could you want'!

Unlike the other people, I have had very few noise problems. Unless the person living below me has the bass turned WAY up on their stereo, I can't hear anything from the other apartments.

I do agree about parking though. Many times residents park in the visitors spots instead of parking BEHIND their garage like they are supposed to. This can create some diffculty finding spots for your visitors, but i've never really had to bad of a problem.
