Parking is an utter nightmare and management will do nothing to enforce its own rules. The price is just way to high to put up with the headaches, neighbors are rude and have no consideration for anyone else. Maintenance was unable to fix our heater. We have consistently gone a day or two without heat(in the middle of winter).
