This is a pretty nice place to live. It's quiet, neighbors are nice, and the staff are nice. Parking is a little weird. You get 2 parking spaces, your garage, and the space in front of your garage. If you own 2 cars, then it's pretty hard shuffling the cars back and forth which is why the guest parking is always full. There really isn't enough guest parking anyway. There are a few other negative aspects...our carpet feels like it was thrown over a bunch of grit. You can feel lumps as you walk over it. There are also a few minor things which broke right away and required maintenance to come fix them. The apartments are not cheaply made...it just seems like they are cheaply cared for. It's now under new management, and they seem to be taking fixing up the place very seriously. The new management has only been here about 3 months and already they've been by to check fire extinguishers and fire alarms, clean the air vents, repave the driveways (which was rained out), and now they're power washing and painting the buildings. It's nice...but it's actually a a little annoying. They don't give us very much notice for these projects and we have to arrange for someone to be home all day whenever they choose to show up. I also don't think that the driveways need repaving or that the building needs repainting. I think that they should fix some of the crummy things inside our apartments first.

Other than the things I mentioned above, I have no problems. It's a safe and quiet place to live.
