I've lived at Sunburst for about 4 months now. I feel very lucky to have found it. My apartment here is larger and better maintained than others I looked at that were more expensive (and that didn't have a pool on the property).

I'm absolutely in love with my closets. I know how weird that sounds but the built in organizers are wonderful and if you had all of the stuff I've collected over the years, you'd understand. Even after the rummage sale, I don't think I would have fit in everything I brought from my 3 bedroom house without the coat closet, linen closet, pantry, broom closet and especially the walk in closet in the master bedroom.

I've also had a great experience with the staff. I haven't really had much reason to call maintenance but I can say that everyone in the office has always been very friendly and helpful, especially Julie, the manager.

BTW my 2 cats like it too especially watching the birds and squirrels in the tree in front of my balcony.
