Not good enough value for the money

Outdated apartments in dire need of remodeling.
Dishwashers are not connected to permanent hook ups - you have to roll it over to the sink & attach the hose to the faucet.
Townhouse renters get 3 parking spots but there's almost no parking available for visitors and what there is, is too hard to find.
No play area designated for children so they play in the parking lot.
Rental rate is overpriced considering the low number of amenities, all the nearby competition, and the aged condition of the apartments. Concerns reported to the management company were ignored!

Ive only lived here for a couple of months, There is no place for kids to play. The office says thats what the park is for. So your suppose to let a young child go to the park by themself? The parking is horrible. Even the visitors cannot find a spot. The office dose nothing about it. It should be an Adult complex. They even put in the lease that the kids aren,t aloud in the parking lot.
