First of all, Id like to say that yes, it USUALLY is quite around here but occasionally you get the nieghbor who just doesnt sleep. We have had very bad expierences with very immature neighbors. The complex also pays a man to basically dig into other peoples buisness and spy on people. He has been very rude to many people I know and has writen very nasty messages to many. He walks out in the early hours of the morning and writes tickets to people. The maintence men CAN be nice but there are a few who like to push people around and accuse innocent people of crimes they couldnt have commited. Some of the maintence men are very nice and dont get paid enough to do their jobs, but I do like the prudency of those few. Also, over the winter, our gutter was leaking and causing a VERY thick sheet of ice to form just outside our door, it was VERY dangerous becasue there were many times when people slipped there nearly bashing their head of the brick! We asked the office several times to fix this probelm, yet no one ever came. After more than 2 years of just us living here they fixed it when Spring came!! Many of my friends slipped and nearly knocked their teeth out, and the office REFUSED to fix it. Around here people will call the cops on pretty much anything. The washer and dryers are very old and they never replace them!! AND with the pool, you can go but all you can really do is stand in it. People complain that you are doing something wrong ALL THE TIME! If you breath wrong at that pool they "ask you to leave!" My daughter who is of age to go to the pool is continuously harassed about being there. Everything here is extremely cheap. Also, the neigbors arent very friendly. THe first day we moved in we saw a kid pissing on the tree infront of our house!!!


There are a few good points...it is a very nice location. They looks nice at first. Er...thats it... One last thing...STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.
