The Good and the Not-so-Good

The not-so-good points: expensive; one of the only options for large dogs in Milwaukee; some obnoxious Melrose neighbors (which are probably everywhere - but it?s a shame to pay so much and still have them); excessive management warnings against the wrong people; grounds not well-kept; lots of dog debris and no enforcement to the people who aren?t cleaning up after pets. As a dog owner who does, this disgusts me also.
The good points: private garage; washer/dryer in unit; serene surroundings - Whitnall Park, deer, etc.; more sound proof than most; relatively safe.
Although there are a lot of not-so-good points, they are probably found in other places. This is still a beautiful complex and there are a lot of nice neighbors. This is a good choice for those who can't afford or don't want a house.
