We are sorry to read how past residents were treated and felt about the past management. But the GOOD news is that as of October 1, 2004 the owners of Plum Tree (Equity Apartments) made the decision to bring on a new management company and all new staff.

HA!! That's hilarious!! The new management is horrid! They are lazy, snooty and flat out un-professional. Sorry, but you're going to need more than this little letter to impress anyone.
