We lived at Plumtree for about a year and a half! When we first signed the lease, the girl at the office was very cordial and helpful! But beware!!! After you sign your name on the dotted line............ouch!! Not so friendly after all!!! It's all a decoy! I heard some real horror stories about the property manager! Then there was a buyout....I guess that's what you call it!!! lol Under New Management!! Claimed to be better! NOT!!! Those people were worse than the ones before! I don't know who does the hiring for Plumtree.....but come on people! They were the reason we DID NOT sign a new lease!!! If you have children.........DON"T GO TO THE POOL!!! It's quite embarrassing!! You have the elderly who OWN the place!!! Can't do ANYTHING! On top of that, the Property Manager comes out and lectures the children about splashing, jumping into the pool, laughing too loudly, (you're going to disrupt the elder that are trying to relax!) yada yada yada.....So, in other words....don't act like children children! It's too disruptive to others!!! WHATEVER!! I think there was a Senior development across the street!!!! It's definitely NOT family oriented!!! So....PLEASE, just beware!
