So ive lived here a little over a year and a half... NEVER once had a issue with maintenece nor management.. I beleive its a great place to live.. Ive always had any maintenece request fulfilled within a day or so.. Deb and the rest of the agents in the office are great and respectful. The maintenece group is outstanding in the work that they do in the time they have it completed is awsome.. I dont see what the complaints are i have never had any.. I think alot of people who write these complaints on this website are either upset that when they had a unreasonable request it hadnt gone fulfilled. So to sum it all up this is a great place to live and relatively a quiet place to live.. SO please dont listen to some of the complaints some people have made and please take my advice.. Plum Tree Apartments is a GREAT plave to live..

You must not have any children, pets, and you're never home! That's the only way anyone can live peacefully at plumtree apartments! It's obviously not a GREAT place to live when most of the reviews are negative! That says alot about whether anyone wants to settle in a place or not! I'm glad you're having a great experience! Kudos to you! It's pretty bad when you can't even have your own kids camp out on the back patio because across the yard are a bunch of cheap college students naked, partying, and drinking on their patio! And when Debbie and her staff say absolutely nothing about the college kids drinking and partying at the pool! But she won't think twice about lecturing a child when they make a splash at the pool! Definitely not family oriented!! It's turned into loud, obnoxious, cheap, not kid friendly place to be!

well i dont have kids.. i do work fulltime and party during the weekends.. yeah your right the college kids crap is getting out of hand but at the same time im not much older then them.. However kids are kids.. People are people.. We all make mistakes.. besides its summer people wanna have fun.. I dont see how its all managements fault because they are not here at night nor do they need to be here 24/7.. Ive made my fair share of mistakes here trust me. But at the same time the college kids dont bother me to much nor have i seen the examples you had given me.. Id honestly have to see it to beleive it.. Then i may end up agreeing with the rest of you. Id love to hear your response to this so hope to have feedback

Once again, "lovinmyspace" did'nt take their meds again. Where do they live now? I don't want to move and have spazy people for neighbors!
