Ive lived at plum tree for over a year. Maybe there are college kids partying by the pool after hours, but if you see them, call the police! The staff were not hired to baby sit immature adults, they are there to conduct business during business hours! And yes, the curbed lanes are fire lanes. If people could read instead of grumble, the signs are posted at either end of the property. It is not the offices job to police vehicles on the curb. Call Hales Corners PD and ask them like I did. THE POLICE WILL TICKET YOU!! It has nothing to do with the office! As far as the staff, Ive never had a problem with the office people or maintenence. Maybe because I pay my rent on time and don't destroy my apartment. I guess thats why I don't have a problem. Improvements' we'll see. Ive seen quite a bit going on here lately...painting, road repair,remodeling...Id like to see a new fridge, but I didnt ask yet. I enjoy it here, friendly and helpful staff, great neighbors,except the disgruntled ones writing nasty things, so the way I see it, if you dont like it leave! As for me, Im staying!!

I completely agree with what you are saying regarding the "babysitting" part. Thats not mangaments job you are right! However what they ARE suppose to be doing for thier job is helping residents, complete maintenance requests, be curtious....none of that I see. Like you, I also dont destroy my apartment nor do I pay rent late, but I notice if there's anything "extra" I need done or a question to ask the staff, I get quite rude responses. Im not sure how the improvements went by you, but I wasnt impressed with what was done in our apartment. The balcony was done SO poorly!

I used to live at Plumtree....years ago...we also paid our rent ON TIME....never caused any problems....kept to ourselves....followed EVERY rule....BUT the minute something needed fixed....FORGET IT!!! They acted as if you just ruined their whole day because they had to actually do something besides sit on their asses. What I think is that you probably work in the office with Debbie and the rest of the lazy donkeys! That's why you think they're soooo great! But every negative response written about Plumtree has been SSSOOOOO TRUE!!!! It's a shame they have to be so rude and inconsiderate! Sorry if they have to actually do some "work". The winters are worse in those apartments! You have to literally put up a blanket by the door to keep the draft from coming in!!!! For what they ask for in rent you'd think they'd have better insulation. But then again.....I'm sure you've got something smart assed to say about this one too!!! Cause I don't doubt you're one of them!!!

Obviously this lovinmyspace person is very disgruntled and a disturbed person to be writing comments if they lived here years ago. Personally, I think no one liked them. Thats why they were unhappy! Turn the page for heaven sake!
