My bf and I looked EVERYWHERE and this place, thankfully, met all the requirements of house living, the quietness and privacy we needed and handy location to the freeway.

For repairs, you do have to be a pest to get things done, but they will do them.

Highly recommended and I would ignore any bad posts here, because this place has it all!
