You are correct, the place is over priced for what you get. We have live here for a couple of years so the kids could go to school but we are now counting the days. They replace nothing. The appliances are old, the workout room is a joke, and nothing ever gets fixed properly. They obviously took the cheapest plow bid because the snow removal is a joke. Get out while you can or don't move in at all, you'll be nothing but angry. LOTS OF RULES - NO SERVICE!!!
