This is a one-year transition stop for us. It fit all our requirements--first floor, facing south and west, patio door, in-unit laundry, convenient metro location, garage, cat allowed, an extra plus - a natural fireplace. Staff is especially friendly and helpful. Maintenance is friendly, quick to respond, and does the job. The area has been quiet and attractive.
We say this after living in our own house for more than 30 years.
