The place has become a joke. It looks nice but not all apartments are the same and not all residents are treated the same. The apliances are junk and the maintenace staff is a joke. They are more trained in excuse making then fixing anything. It's obvious Mandel doesn't want put any money in the place of they would replace the 1980's apliances. Mandel did put of survey cards but no one dares to answer honestly or you'll get even worse service.

Additionally, office staff acts bothered not helpful. They appear helpful as long as you don't need anything. Just remember if you like there, nothing on the side walks, grills in the garage, recycling is required just don't put it out early or you get a nasty note. Be up early on trash day by 7 am to get it out, bring in your can right away or nasty note and a fee, and even if your not doing it there is always a notice...except for when a maintenance person goes into your apartment accidentally because they were confused and went into yours by mistake. By the way, the mistake happened 3 times. Two years in a row we received notice for chimmey cleaning, no one ever came. I'd invest in renters insurance.

Like I said it all seems nice in the beginning, but it's not, the rent will increase, items will breakdown and the sevice you got in the beginning won't be there. Oh, almost forgot, when you do leave and get your deposit back, it won't be mailed until you call for it.

SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
