We lived there for one year and didn't have any problems with anybody. If we had any problems (which were minor) Jamie, the property manager, took care of them right away! No noise problems what so ever! Sure, you do have some people during the summer who feel they need to be the POOL ---- and tell your children what they can and can't do, but SHE really has no pull what-so-ever! Jamie is the one with the final say! You'll know exactly who I'm talking about if you decide to live here at Whitnall Gardens. She's VERY loud and obnoxious! Jamie doesn't like this! Jamie doesn't want you to do that! Oh yea!! But outside of that, it's a great place to live! So sign away and enjoy!!
