shoddy old carpets, old appliances, poor snow removal, old construction. unless it's an emergency, maintainence will try to find a way of avoiding the repair. have never seen anyone in the office or management ever tour the property to check on things, so the rental ladies

nice and spacious Overall a nice lookign apartment inside and out. The complaints are as follows:
-terrible shelving in the whole place (pantry, closets, shelf in the freezer)
-terrible windows, hard to open, hard to close, doesnt seal well

Okay, some of the time. Some of the staff was helpful, however many times outside people would park in my parking space and when I would call, the workers would not do anything about it. Neighbors were okay, however one neighbor did have a barking dog and again workers did nothing

In order to get anything fixed here you need to hound Jamie or roll a dice to see if she will actually be working at the office hour times. I know the clock on the door all too well. Out of the last 12 times Ive had to address an issue she's been in her office twice.

Plumtree Apartments I just moved in May 1st 2009 and it has been great! The staff has been great and very responsive. I enjoy the deck and the all the amenities, the washer & dryer, parking in my own garage, etc. It has been a pleasure and look forward to living in this peaceful complex

Management is Great Karen and Ellie have been awesome, always willing to help out. The pool is great and most of the poeple are very nice and social. The maintence has ebeen pretty responsive. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. It comes highly recommended.
