THE CONSTRUCTION IS SO CHEAP! YOU HEAR NON STOP NOISE. THE HEATING AND COOLING BILLS ARE OUT OF SIGHT. THE WALLS ARE NADE OF SOME TYPE CARD BOARD. YOU CAN LITERALY PUT YOUR HAND THRU THE EXTERIOR WALLS. THE PATIO DOORS DON'T CLOSE BECAUSE THE BUILDINGS ARE MOVING. THE SO CALLED LAKE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A TOXIC CHEMICAL HOLDING TANK FOR ALL THE RAIN RUN OFF FROM THE LAWNS, DIRTY PARKING LOTS AND OIL FROM PARKING LOTS. THE POOL IS NEVER MAINTAINED AND HAS A GREENISH CAST TO IT. DOG SH T IS EVERY WERE! THE KIDS ARE USED TO PLAYING IN IT. THEY TEND TO DRAG IT INTO THE HALLWAYS AND IN THE SUMMER MONTHS THE COMMON HALLWAYS SMELL LIKE AN OUTHOUSE. KEEP IN MIND THE COMMON HALLS HAVE NO VENTALATION AND IT GETS OVER 95 IN THE SUMMER. THE STENCH IS OVERWELMING. THERE IS TRASH AND JUNK ON THE BALCONIES AND IT LOOKS LIKE A INER CITY PROJECT. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND LOOK SOME WERE ELSE. THIS IS TOTAL TRASH CONSTRUCTION, TONS OF NOISE, DOG DO-DO CAPITAL OF THE STATE, DIRTY POOL AND CHEMICAL HOLDING TANK SO CALLED LAKE AND VERY EXPENSIVE TO HEAT AND COOL. KEEP LOOKING.

I have lived here for 2 years and the above is a BIG exaggeration. I do agree that it can be noisy if you have your windows open during the warmer months, but what apt. complex isn't somewhat noisy. Buy a house if you hate the noise. Apt. living is going to have some downfalls as opposed to home owning. This complex is absolutely beautiful. This is one of the nicest ones I've seen. I've never lived in or near the projects or the ghetto, however, I'm almost positive that this area looks NOTHING like that kind of area. As for the lake and pool....I think the lake is very pretty. I wouldn't swim in it, but it's lovely to look at. The pool is well taken care of from what i've seen. I wouldn't worry about dog poop as much as the geese poop. We do have some geese that live by the lake and have been known to poop all over. Overall this place is a really pretty place. Now like any other apt. complex, you will have rude neighbors that keep you up at night or rude office staff or whatnot, but that's to be expected. I have lived in a lot of apts. all my life and this is by far one of the best. It's not the Hilton, but it's great for the money you pay. I know people that pay far more and live in a far less apt. This place is worth checking out.
