Having your own attatched private garage is wonderful! Thats why we moved here. Lucky to have great neighbors. Summer nights are noisy if the windows are open. Vehicles rev up and peel out from 11 pm to 4 am. Have seen some cop cars at night. Management is nice. Get alot for your money. I wish the complex had better walkways or sidewalks. Hartland has so many nice parks to enjoy, we dont need playgrounds here especially surrounded with ugly chain linked fence.There is also a baseball diamond and basketball/tennis court that are never used, nice landscaping and sidewalks would be more desireable.
