Summit Lake is very nice. I live in the brand new buildings that just opened in June. My building is very upscale. It has chandaliers, ice and water in the refrigerator door, a huge deck (9' x 5'), linen closets, central air and a washer and dryer. It is also in a nice quiet area. The complex has a pool, a brand new baseball diamond and a new playground. There is a tennis court and basketball court but they are in disrepair.
The women in the office at the complex are very nice. However, if there is ever something wrong with your apartments, it is hard to get it fixed properly, especially in my new building. Also, if you try to get ahold of the corporate office in Brookfield, WI, they tend to not return your phone calls in a timely manner.
Overall, I like my apartment a lot. There are the new apartments that I live in, townhomes and older apartments. There is also underground parking, which is a huge plus! It is a nice place to live.

this is "not" summit lakes, you are refering to windstone condos. no longer a part of summit lakes
