While I lived there I was mostly happy with it except for the total lack of response to maintenance requests.

They wouldn't fix problems, but when they wanted to paint or perform their own scheduled maintenance, they would barge in whenever they felt like it, usually tracking mud in.

I came out of the shower one morning, au naturale, to get dressed for work, and the living room is full of painters! I was laid off
from my engineering job during the dot bomb crises, and took a job out of state.

I wrote out a check for the remaining 2 months on my lease.

Four years later they are suing me for $4,500 for breaking a lease!!!!! Please boycott Premiere Real Estate dwellings - they are SNAKES!!!
