My family and I moved into the Summit Lake Apartments thinking it was a wonderful residental complex. Needless to say we found out it wasn't so wonderful. We were constantly harrased by the elderly neighbors spying and constantly complaining. It looked beautiful, but once driving around the complexes you see that it looks like north milwaukee, on a good day. The apartment is not well built you could hear everything through the walls, and ceilings. The toliets didn't flush, the drains didn't drain and the dishwasher sucked. Our privacy was completly invaded by the people living around us, and the managment. It's sad to know that they can take advantage of people and there money without even caring. Trust me don't move in there.

If you do follow these instructions well:

-Can't have any visitors
-No frequent traffic through halls
-Voices need to be at bare min.
-No music allowed
-No tv passed 8 o'clock
-Don't stomp, drop anything
-Don't hang any pictures
-God forbid you don't stumble,bump into a wall, or slam a door without recieving a notice of eviction on the door the next morning.
-NO PRIVACY

Dear Anonymous, Did you forget to call the office for a service request? It would have been fixed had you called it in. I guess if you experienced all the above instructions, you deserved to be evicted.
