Former Resident - Well I lived here in aparment 1 in 216 Millington Lane. It was a great place to live I took care of the place yes there is an issue with the size of the rooms but they have pretty decient residents we had no problems with the maintence at the time. Nice place to live We lived there for a year. We had no troubles. Only thing we had wrong was with the people upstairs. The guy drank like a fish.
Other then that they fixed stuff on time and the pool was nice during summer.

Nice place unless your neighbors are old Summit Lake is a nice place to live. We were very happy to move in until we found out we are surrounded by old people. People who belong in retirement homes.

Townhomes get thumbs up Having your own attatched private garage is wonderful! Thats why we moved here. Lucky to have great neighbors. Summer nights are noisy if the windows are open. Vehicles rev up and peel out from 11 pm to 4 am. Have seen some cop cars at night. Management is nice. Get alot
