Biggest mistake. Don't move here. We currently don t have a manager. We have had at lest four mangers since we lived here. They have a sex offender that is part of there onsite maintenance. At times there is very low water pressure. If you live on an end apartment you have to keep your heat on

TERRIBLE PLACE- LOOKS VERY DECIEVING I lived at summit lake apartments for 6 months and got out of there. The place is a joke. They allow dogs but not puppies. I am not sure if the know where dogs come from. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything. Oh did i forget to mention ROACHES

Great Place to Live If you are looking for an affordable place to live in a great location, then you should rent at Country Aire. We are a current resident and love it here. We have lived here for 3 years and it is clean and management is great and friendly. Maintenance gets taken care of

Health hazard We have lived at Summit Lake for 3 years, but won't make it to 4. The amount of dog mess is unbelievable. Obviously people are not cleaning up after their dogs & it is disgusting & despicable. Shame on these people for ruining what was once a nice place to live.

Great Place I moved into a townhouse here almost a year ago now and really enjoy it. Grounds are well kept. Most people here have dogs and seem to pickup after them really well. There are trash bins with doggie bags to help maintain it. I have also had a great experience with the maintenance staff.
