I'm trying to break my lease right now. The land lord NEVER calls you back. You can never get anything you need. The only attention you can get is a note on the door everyone once in awhile from maintence complaining about something. They seem so nice at first but boy oh boy was I wrong. Don't do it EVER. It's not worth the price. And now they are bitching if you leave the garage open you'll get charged $5...don't do it.

Yes, I guess it is bad if people like to live in a community with garage doors open all the time. I prefer to not live with trailer trash and open garages. The manager did a good job of stopping that kind of trashy living by some tenants.
