I have lived at Palmer House for over two years and totally enjoy my spacious apartment. My utility bills average $70 per month - everything is electric and water is included. The manager is very friendly and helpful, always responds to my calls and maintenance is here the same day to resolve problems. Parking is a problem because people don't use their garages, but management is working on that. Snow removal is done timely, but with all the cars in the lot it is impossible for the plows to clean the parking spaces. The building is quiet - almost soundproof with the high insulation. I have never had bugs or any of the other problems mentioned in other reviews. I appreciate how management insists that its residents tow the line (keeping garages closed, dealing with overly loud tenants, insisting that the grounds stay clean, etc.). For the price, this complex is very nice. I would recommend Palmer House to anyone looking for an apartment community.
