The previous review has a lot of great things to say, but i must have you notice that that was posted a year ago!!! Well, i have to say that this has been the worst renting experience! Upon move in they did not even have our lease ready, nobody checked us into the apartment, the seams in the walls were showing and the tape and mudding were coming off! The carpet is barely tacked down, the drawers in the bathroom consoles are fake, so you have virtually no storage in the bathrooms! Our heating during the winter is a constant 160.00 per month! We figured out why mid winter when it began snowing in our apartment, yes snowing right through the sky light!!!! We got a hold of the maintenance man who came over stuck his hand in the puddle that was on the carpet and our furniture and began complaining how we interrupted his dinner!!!!, telling us"eh it's not that bad" as there is a literal puddle in our apartment. Said he would be back in the morning and to put a blanket on it till then, surprise, he never showed up! Some people pay for water some don't, you get a notice saying no dogs and low and behold there are dogs barking at all hours of the day and night! I don't think i need to go on you get the hint!!! Do not rent from this place!!!!! Unprepared, not consistent, and the unit they have been trying to finish since before we came never sees any real work, is an eyesore and the crap and potholes that are all over the road way from that construction pays a toll on your car!!! I can't comment about in the apartment concerns, but everything else sounds correct. Maintanence is lacking. Roads do suck. Dogs won't shut up (According to my lease, they are not even allowed). It's a decent place, overall though.
