All I can say is horrible horrible horrible...I was VERY unsatisfied with park place apartments!!! I lived there for 6months...during that time my washing machine broke and they NEVER fixed it even after phone call after phone call. I had to go to the laundry mat and spend my money 5 out of the 6months that I lived there. I was promised a daily newspaper that was supposed to included in 695 rent which I never recieved a single paper! When I moved out I put a letter in with my rent check stating that I was moving out...later on I get a phone call stating that i never paid my rent or wrote that letter when I had proof from my nack. The landlord then called me at work and asked me about it. i told the landlord that I would call him back at a later time because I was at work...He would not let me off the phone. I had to sit there and explain my situation when I had customers in front of my!!!Do not ever rent from them...they are just out for your money and do not care about anything else!!!!

2004-2007 is more than six months. How did you never get the newspaper? Did you tell the management office? Did you call the paper? You can always get off the phone. It is very easy to politely say good-bye then hang up.

must say i agree with the response before me its totally true!!! people are entertaining because i went there today and the Man i talked to was SO kind and didnt hold the fact that my friend and fiance and i are only 19 aginst us so people can say what they want about these apartments but OBVIOUSLY its a great place to live because most of the people i talked to there today LOVED the place and had been there about 2-3 years so KEEP TALKING about what you want to!!!
