I lived in this complex for 18 months. When I first moved in, they were very accomodating and helpful, but as the months went on, their "customer service" went down the crapper. I had a cable issue at one point, called, got a message back around 5 p.m. one day wanting to know what the problem was and by the time I had gotten home at 6:15, someone had already been in my apartment. The only way I knew someone was there'' A cable splitter was left behind by the repair guy and I found it. So much for the required 12 hours notice of entrance!

I put my 30 day move-out notice in the rent box (which is what the directions say to do) but thank goodness I stopped at the office to double-check that they got it, because the guy in the office couldn't find it anywhere... and said I needed to re-write it. When they looked at my file, they tried to tell me that my lease wasn't up for another 6 months... but backed off when I reminded them that I signed a one year lease that had expired and went month to month back in December.

As was mentioned in other reviews, I also got yelled at by the owner for speeding... going 12 in a 10 mph zone. He walked out in front of my car in the driveway to stop me. And the potholes were awful. Let's not mention the snow clean up. They have a couple small bobcats that do the clean up... but not until after 10 cars get stuck in the parking lots and driveways first.
