PLEASE DON'T LOOK HERE. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT PEOPLE. EVEN IF YOU HAVE MONEY IF THEY DON"T LIKE YOU THEY WILL MAKE IT SUPER DIFFICULT ON YOU!

Horrible Horrible new management (as of 5/9/09). They just got new management and they DO NOT do anything to help out their tenants. I have good credit and cash ready to go. I need a place to stay and they can't lend a helping hand and take the cash to move me in. I handed them cash and they were like, "We need all the paperwork and that will take some time". I said, "If it comes back and their is a problem, KICK ME OUT". They were like we don't do that. I am not talking about it took me three days to get in. OVER THREE WEEKS.
The apartments look nice but smell funny. The doors in the apartment are very heavy. so they SLAM HARD when the shut. If you like sleep. Think twice!
Last Management again. They can't connect personally. Were all human. Were they afraid I wasn't going to pay. I understand the economy is rough but, half of these places are empty and I know why. I know they spent some money on building this place but, be real, be down to earth and meet their tenants in the middle. It's not like I said I want to move in and not pay.
My advice look else where. If I can get one person to go anywhere else I'd be happy. Save yourself the money and the headache and deal with people that are human.
People say cash is king. If you have some and are looking at nicer places and are contemplating park place apartments, DON"T!
You will wish you didn't deal with these airheads. Please don't deal with the headache. Keyword BOX OF ROCKS.

We visited this place today to rent a 1 bedroom and there is no value here. You should know that it is under new management because the property is BANK OWNED, meaning the bank hired a property mgmt company to get the best return. You can tell that it was in very bad shape and they must have done some minimal repairs but I would advise you to "Kick the Tires" before you see any real value here. Also you run the risk of it being sold and lord knows what happens after that. Nothing terrible here - just know what you are getting into.
