Ive lived here a year now and was nearly detoured by the remarks from the other people here. I have never lived in a place where they do take care of issues as soon as possible. You need patience when the repair crew is just one guy. The management is friendly and the view is awesome. The price cant be beat and its right off of I-90 so its a 5 minute trip to almost anywhere in Janesville. Ill admit there are a few problems but the only true annoyances are the closet doors that seem to come off easily, and the energy leak from the windows during the winter. However when I complained about the windows they came out the next day and weather stripped the whole thing for us for free. This is a great apartment for an affordable rent. The first two months rent were half off with a one year lease so the deposit paid for itself in rent money.
