This place is horrible!! The manager has no idea what she is doing. She never returns your calls and is never in the office. I have even heard her talking about other tentants to other people. The only time you will talk to her is when you are trying to rent from her. The maintenence men never return thier pages, so when you have something broken there is no way to get it fixed. We have has several broken things in the apartment that we have had to just deal with. The "common areas" are always dirty and stink really bad. The coin laundry is very expensive and most times you have to run the machines several times to get your clothes clean or dry. The parking lot is a sheet of solid ice in the winter because it is very poorly plowed and not salted. The garbage dumpsters are always overflowing and stinking. I was told that the manager does not want to pay to dump it twice a week, so instead it overflows with nasty garbage. Don't even think about parking. If you return anytime after 1pm, there is not a place to park anywhere! You have to pay extra for a garage just to have a spot to park your car. This is the worst place that I have ever lived and would never recommend it to anyone. Don't even bother to look!!!!
