DONT LIVE AT SURREY RIDGE, i lived there for just a short time, we personaly found the maintenance man in our apartment twice in the short time we lived there with no permission to be there, he had all of our doors off and drawers out and we are still not quite sure why that was, then we woukd randomly find holes that were not there when we would leave for the say we would come back and there they were like one in our storage closet inside our apartment that was big enough for someone to fit in to get into our apartment and when the cable man was installing our cable he went to hook the cable to ccable outlet and it wasnt even anything it was a electric cover covering a huge hole in the wall that made it look like a cable outlet then it was just painted over to make it look good and it wasnt just one there were 4 outlets that were like that. the third floor leeked a toilet all the way down to the bottom floor into our apartment and it was never taken care of then two days later it happened again and it wasnt just a small leak three floors down it was pouring water all over our apartment it was disgusting. the bugs were absolutely disgusting from them creepy centipedes to an infestation of big black spiders and i made it aware and still had to take care of it on my own, shorts in lights that were never taken care of so we had to take it upon ourselves to take care if in more then one light mold in the windows that we had to take care of when we first moved in cause it was never cleaned the only thing that was cleaned were the carpets and them were still disgusting. we were in a year lease and couldnt make it the full term due to all the maintenance neglect that was terrible also the washer and dryer that was suppose to be there for conveneince cost more money to get the clothes actually clean and then dryed for one load then it would have cost to drive to the laundry matt with 3 loads and wash and dry because the washer dont rinse all the water out and so you have to pay twice to get the clothes spun again to get the water out and then you pay three times to get the one load dry maintenance was aware and it was never taken care of the entire time we were there, the parking was terrible we would have to park almost to the highway and we lived all the way to the back of the parking lot cause spots were refused to be assigned per: Manager say, and garbage in dumpsters NEVER EMPTIED ALWAYS ALWAYS over flowing and stunk the whole grounds up!!! This place is ridiculou and needs to be shut down!!!!!

These people were taken to court due to non-payment and distruction of our apartment. They were only allowed one dog yet they kept another one there. Their dogs barked all the time! We had SEVERAL complaints regarding these tenants. They never cleaned up after their dogs and the animals ruined the carpeting. They left their apartment in such a mess and are now liable for damages. I just hope that the next place that they rent from doesn't get the same neglect as we did.

It is funny that the manager thinks she knows who all these people are just by the comments they leave. Maybe if she did her job and fixed the problems, then the tenants would not be complaing about her so much.
