The management should inform all tenants of ANY criminal backrounds of staff including MAINTENANCE and management. They should be accountable for any situations arising from their lack of competence in informing residents of these issues. Circumstances did occur within the complex involving staff, DETAILS WILL NOT BE SHARED.
