DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This place is gross. I had so much mold in my apartment and nothing would be done about it. The whole place smelled awful. The manager is rude and doesn't know how to do her job. I had nothing but problems from her right from the start. They would be better off to tear down all the buildings and build new. There is no where to park. You have to walk a mile to get to your apartment. They have a parking permit program that is not enforced, so it doesn't work. I was told that I could not have my dog there, so I had to find him another home, then a few months later I read in the paper that dogs are allowed. There is nothing good to say about this place.

Policies regarding pets do change. Surrey Ridge began accepting small dogs in the Spring of 2006. The farthest parking stall from the apartments is less than 50 yards away. The office was unaware of any mold issues but were very aware of the untimely rent payments and unpaid late fees that this tenant had.

I rented my apartment after spring of 2006, so my dog should have been allowed to stay. Manager was VERY much aware of the mold problems, as we came to her many, many times and she still did nothing to help us. Untimely rent and unpaid late fees??? How do you who I am if I had no mold problems? That's right, mold is in all the apartments!

I thnk its hilarious how the "not manager" of this place is commenting all the bad reviews and saying the same thing for everyone. "Oh there is no mold" "oh they didnt pay the rent on time" Do you really think people are buying it? I will Never rent from this place, nor will I allow any friends to rent here...I am glad I came here before calling to take a look at it. It appears like it would have been a horrible mistake. Thank you for posting this.
