Surry Ridge is an excpetional place of living. The apartments are clean, kept up well, and the staff is very helpful. The landlord is more than willing to assist tenants in any matter that they need. I had a question about my policy, and the landlord took more than an hour of her own time to answer my questions. She did not stop helping my until I was completly satisfied, and gave me instant results. The commmunity is always clean, safe, and quiet. Maintenance is always available and happy to help at any time. They react fast to requests and questions. The place is so well kept up due to a professional landlord. She runs the place with complete success. I have lived there for three years total, and have never had a problem with management, maintenance, or tenants. I just complained to the owner about the manager and maintenance not even a week ago and now this comment comes up?!?! That is funny. Nobody that has lived at surrey ridge would ever say any of that, especially about Tami. Sounds a lot like someone trying to keep her job!
