I've lived her for over a year now and the hot water in the bathroom seems to be the biggest issue. The water in the sink never gets hot unless you run the tub water first for about 3-5 minutes. The shower water finally heats up, but after being in there for more than 5 minutes the water goes ice cold and nevers warms back up. You stand there for at least 10 minutes with soap on you waiting for it to get luke warm. They have been here to fix it a couple of times by replacing something on the faucet, but it doesnt seem to help.

I am impressed that they do come to fix things even if it doesn't solve the problem. The grounds for the most part are very well kept, except for certain buildings with dogs that leave their waste behind. This would be the dog owners problem though.

I would strongly suggest at this time not living in an apartment near the corner of Randolph and Morningside. The cars that come by all hours of the day are very loud and squeal tires and alot of them have those annoying mufflers that sound like rice grinders. Also, our neighbors that live on the corner in another complex are very, very noisy late at night and have had the cops called on them several times.

All in all this isn't a bad place to live.
